Processing Time
We’ll saddle up your order within 1-2 business days after payment clears. Weekends and holidays don’t count as business days, partner.
Shipping Options
We offer two ways to get your gear:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Delivered by DHL or FedEx in 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50) – Delivered by EMS in 15-25 business days after shipping
Note for our international wranglers: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Any customs fees or import taxes are your responsibility – we can’t mark items as “gifts,” as that wouldn’t be honest cowboy behavior!
Returns & Exchanges
If your gear doesn’t fit like your favorite pair of boots, we’ll make it right faster than you can say “yeehaw!” Here’s how:
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned merchandise must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by your original receipt or order number
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)
- Underwear
All other products including our fine hoodies & sweatshirts, jeans, long-sleeve shirts, short-sleeve shirts, and t-shirts are eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps smoother than a line dance:

- Pack it up: Securely package your return with all original tags and packaging

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. It may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
- Refund method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Exchange Process
Want to swap for a different size or style? Here’s how we handle exchanges:
- Email us using the template above to initiate the exchange
- Once approved, return the original item following our standard return process
- We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund you the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective (which is rarer than a unicorn at a rodeo), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and we’ll make it right faster than you can say “giddyup!”
