Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned merchandise must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by your original receipt or order number

Note for our wranglers: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on our clearance items (marked “Final Sale”) or any underwear. All other products including our fine hoodies & sweatshirts, jeans, long-sleeve shirts, short-sleeve shirts, and t-shirts are eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps smoother than a line dance:

  2. Pack it up: Securely package your return with all original tags and packaging

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). If you paid with PayPal, the refund will go back to your PayPal account.
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Exchange Process

Want to swap for a different size or style? Here’s how we handle exchanges:

  1. Email us using the template above to initiate the exchange
  2. Once approved, return the original item following our standard return process
  3. We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return
  4. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  5. If it costs less, we’ll refund you the difference

International partners note: For our customers outside the U.S., please be aware that any customs fees or import taxes are non-refundable. We can’t mark returned items as “gifts” to avoid fees – that would be against the law, and we’re straight shooters here at Deals Cowboy Threads.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective (which is rarer than a unicorn at a rodeo), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and we’ll make it right faster than you can say “giddyup!”
